This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered through SavioCare, a healthcare services platform owned and operated by Savio Healthcare Private Limited.

Service Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of a booked service before the scheduled service start time.

Eligible Refunds
  • If a cancellation request is made before the service has commenced, the customer may be eligible for a refund after applicable administrative or payment processing charges, if any.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined based on the service type, booking status, and cancellation timing.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

  • The service has already commenced.
  • A healthcare professional has already been assigned and dispatched.
  • False or incomplete information was provided during booking.
  • Violation of platform policies or misuse of services.
Service Cancellation by SavioCare

In the event that SavioCare is unable to provide the booked service due to operational, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.

Refund Timeline
  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment source within 7 business days.
  • The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Equipment Rental and Purchase Services

For medical equipment rentals or purchases:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before equipment dispatch.
  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on dispatch status and service fulfillment.

Additional charges may apply for damaged, lost, or improperly used equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Savio Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.
